October 15th 2007 - I'm nine shows into the CMT fall tour with Sugarland. We are headlining arenas, which is an incredible experience. This has been a year of touring milestones for me, with the amphitheaters, stadiums and now headlining arenas. The show has some great production moments, although my plan for arriving on stage on a rolling keyboard riser towed behind a herd of caribou was nixed due to budgetary constraints (one day...), and Little Big Town is a hard act to follow. I'm also training to run a half marathon with band mates Thad and Annie to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. You can read all about Team Sugarland (and even donate online) here.
